Preoperative order

Pre-op order

1. Vital sign q 8hr (s) 2. Activity 제한없음. 3. 식이처방 MN NPO (일반적), clear LD-NPO (bowel prep.) 4. I/O (Input/Output) 5. B/W (Body Weight)-check 6. BST q 4times (당뇨환자의 경우) 7. 간호처치 (기타의 지시사항을 입력할 것.) - Get Op permission - Get premedication order from anesth dept. - Cleansing & Shaving on Op site (내시경 수술 시 shaving은 하지 않음.) - Send Pt. to OR c chart on call or 8:00am - Get PCA permission: major op시 1) 입원 당일 8. Dulcolax 2P # 1R (소아는 1P 만) - 입원 당일 자기 전에 줄 것. 9. Colyte powder & Glycerin enema - Bowel preparation이 필요한 경우 2) 수술 당일 H/S 1L IV or 소아는 S/D 1:4 500mL - DM Pt.의 경우 NS 1L IV 2. IV antibiotics-AST 기입할 것. 3. Prepare 사항 - Urine bag: 내시경 수술, Major op - Urine hourly bag: postop로 ICU care 요할 때 - Abd Binder 복대: open surgery - Anti Embolism Stocking: Major op 시에 준비 신장에 따라 size 조절 (L, M, S) - Levin tube 16Fr.: bowel decompression이 필요한 개복 또는 복강경 수술 시 - Packed RBC 3pints, FFP 3pints: 출혈이 예상되는 major op 시 - IV antibiotics for irrigation: 5vial prepare 4. 기타 - KUB: stone 환자의 경우, 당일 오전 6시
