===신경매독===

*페니실린요법이 신경매독 치료의 원칙이다. (근거수준 2)

 B   신경매독에서는 penicillin G potassium crystal 300-400만 IU 정맥주사 4시간 간격으로 18-21일 요법이 권장된다. *페니실린 과민반응이 있는 경우 페니실린 탈감작이 우선 고려되어야 하며, 여의치 않을 경우 다음과 같은 대체요법으로 치료한다. (근거수준 2,3)

*대체요법으로 치료하였을 경우 치료에 실패할 가능성이 크며, 이 경우는 페니실린 탈감작 후 페니실린요법으로 다시 치료한다.

  말초혈액에서 CD4 임파구 수 < 200/㎕  이하인 HIV 감염인에서는 적절한 치료 후 뇌척수액 소견이 정상화되는 것이 다른 환자에 비해 더 느릴 수 있다.
