권장요법 연성하감

A   연성하감의 권장 항균제 요법
    ⋅Azithromycin 1g 경구 단회 요법[1][2][3]

  또는
    ⋅Ceftriaxone 250mg 근육주사 단회 요법[1][3][4]
  또는
    ⋅Ciprofloxacin 500mg 1회 2회 3일 요법[5]
  또는
    ⋅Erythromycin 500mg 1일 3회 경구 7일 요법
 다른 항균제는 내성균의 가능성 때문에 우리나라에서는 권장되지 않는다.
 치료 후 궤양은 3일 이내 주관적으로 호전이 있으며, 7일 이내 객관적으로 호전된다.
