shortness of penile shaft skin, 외요도구 궤양, 협착, 출혈, 창상감염, urethracutaneous fistula
마취 시 주의점[편집 | 원본 편집]
epinephrine있는 lidocaine(dental)을 사용하면 절대 안 된다. (end artery임)
최근에는 Dorsal Penile Nerve Block이 선호된다.
- (1) Dorsal Penile Nerve Block: Buck's fascia 안쪽의 dorsal nerve를 차단하는 것임.
- (2) Subcutaneous Ring Block: Buck's fascia 위쪽의 subcutaneous fat에 주입함
